Meaningful business improvements through strategy, technology, marketing and AI

I work directly with business owners and managers to understand where improvements will make the most difference, choose the right solutions, and execute them. The service focuses on a practical approach, sound judgment and fair pricing.

Who will you be working with?

Yaron Shaool

My name is Yaron Shaool. I'm 52 (but feel 32). I grew up on Kibbutz Revivim in southern Israel, and I'm married to Eleyor; together, we have four children. I have an MSc in industrial and management engineering (information systems) from Ben-Gurion University.

Over the past 25 years, I've worked in entrepreneurship, technology and venture management across several fields, including many years running an online business. In the past two years, I've founded two ventures built around AI systems: Safeion.ai and Whagentize.com.

My experience with technology and AI has strengthened my belief that personal connections, listening and trust are the foundation of successful work. I work directly with my clients to understand both what you're asking for and what your business goals are.

What I believe in

Practical value

I don't believe in using technology just because it exists or because everyone is talking about it. Every engagement should start with understanding the business need and lead to an improvement you can see and feel. Sometimes the right answer is a new system; sometimes a small, simple change is enough. The goal is to choose what will actually help your business.

Honesty and transparency

I'll tell you honestly what I think is worth doing, what matters less and what is unlikely to justify the investment. If I think I'm not the right person for the job, or that you don't need what you've asked for, I'll say so.

Direct communication

You work directly with me. No salespeople, account managers, or other intermediaries get in the way. I want to get to know the people behind the business, understand how you work and build a solution together that fits your needs.

Fair pricing

A fair price isn't necessarily the lowest price. To me, it's a price that reflects the scope of the work and the value it can bring to your business, is clearly agreed upon and comes with no surprises along the way. Before we start, we'll agree on how we'll work together, the scope and the price. If anything changes, we'll discuss it before moving forward.

How do we start working together?

  1. 01

Get in touch by email, phone or on WhatsApp.

  2. 02

We'll arrange a short conversation to get to know each other, understand your needs and see whether and how I can help.

  3. 03

If needed, we'll meet or review your existing systems together. Once I understand what you need, I'll suggest a suitable way to work together. This could be a one-off task, a defined project, a block of consulting hours or ongoing support.

  4. 04

For a project, you'll receive a clear proposal covering the scope, timeline and price.

  5. 05

Once we've agreed on the proposal, we get to work.

  6. 06

Throughout the work, I'll stay in touch, share progress and make sure the solution we're building still serves the goal we agreed on.

  7. 07

When the work is complete, we'll decide together whether you need further maintenance, training or support.
